FOREST RANGERS MTN SUPER LEAGUE FIXTURES

FOREST RANGERS MTN SUPER LEAGUE FIXTURES

The 2023/24 MTN SUPER LEAGUE fixtures have been released by the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) with just a month to go before the league kicks off.

Forest Rangers will kick start the season on August 12 in the Charity Shield against Power Dynamos, a week before the MTN Super League on August 19.

Malembe’s first fixture will be at Dola hill Stadium against Kabwe Warriors. The last time these two teams met in January, the game ended in a one-all draw and prior to that forest beat Warriors by a goal to nill in Kabwe.

The Ian Bakala drilled side will be hoping to start their season on a high in front of their home fans and keep their good record against Warriors with three draws and two wins in their last five meetings.

Lusaka will be their next stop, facing a vengeful Zanaco side having beaten them both home and away last season. Followed by Red Arrows, then newly promoted Mutondo Stars, Nkana and FC Muza who Forest has only managed to beat in the ABSA Cup.

Other interesting Forest fixtures to look out for will be those against newly promoted sides Trident, Mufulira Wanderers and Konkola Blades in October and November respectively.

Below is a full schedule of the 2023/23 Fixtures. Please note all fixtures are subject to change and televised matches will be updated week by week.
