05 Feb THANK YOU VICE-CAPTAIN
Having spent two years at Forest Rangers goalkeeper Allan Chibwe has parted ways with the club and re-joined boyhood side Konkola Blades.
Chibwe joined Malembe from Super League outfit Green Eagles in September, 2021.
During his time with the club, Chibwe rose to the position of vice-captain and helped the team secure their first ABSA Cup title and Carling Black Label Charity Shield at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium.
His consistent performances at Forest which saw him keep over 15 clean sheets, also earned him two call-ups to national team call ups ( Cosafa and AFCON qualifiers).
Having played a crucial role in the dressing room as the teams’ prayer warrior, Chibwe will be great missed in between the sticks and off the pitch.
We wish Allan the very best at the Chililabombwe side , where he launched his career.
